Following the sale of Warnex’s Bioanalytical Services division to Biotrial Research S.A.S., the Corporation ceases to carry on any material active business operations, but will continue to maintain its corporate head office until further notice.

On December 10, 2012, Warnex successfully completed the previously announced sale of its Bioanalytical Services division to Biotrial Research S.A.S., a privately-owned contract research organization headquartered in Rennes, France.
